I tried it and it still doesnt work. Opening it just starts several processes in the task manager that rapidly closes and reopen and attempting to access it via launcher brings up anticheat issue with the SAOFB-shipping .exe file. Directx is already updated.

Delete the Epic games folder in the registry and the game will work fine. This error is related to DirectX 11, for some reason, UE4 in this game sometimes swears at dx11, I also had this error treated as well.

Try to redownload the game, don’t do anything such as installing eac, steam or whatsoever. Try to launch the game directly from Win64Shipping.
Pull up task manager and look for the “fatal bullet” process. It’ll take a while to launch and you will get stucked on the main menu but dont panic this is just the game loading the dlc. Give it a minute or 2 then you should be able to play. I didn’t follow any of the steps like installing the eac and stuff, just run the game and give it a some time.
